Schedule A to the complaint 2 and exhibit 2 to the declaration of Anna Melis 15, provisionally under seal pending order, are permitted to remain under seal. The motion for entry of a temporary restraining order and other relief 13 is taken under advisement. By 1/30/25, the plaintiff is required to supplement her motion with: (1) a listing of all prior online trademark, copyright, or patent infringement cases (also known as "Schedule A" cases) filed in any court in the United States in which she was a plaintiff, (2) a listing of any of the defendants included in the Schedule A in this case that the plaintiff has previously named as a defendant in any prior complaint or Schedule A case, (3) a certification that the plaintiff has not used any of the screenshot evidence supplied in support of her motion in any prior proceeding, and (4) an index that matches each individual defendant to the screenshots supplied in support of the motion, lists the dates those screenshots were taken, and identifies, on a defendant-by-defendant basis, the specific copyrights that the defendant has allegedly infringed. The plaintiff must also supplement her motion with a brief explaining why joinder is proper, given that no defendant appears from the screenshots to have infringed more than one copyright (in other words, the brief should explain why joinder of claims of infringement of different copyrights is appropriate). If the brief contains new screenshots, those screenshots must be included in the certification and index just mentioned. Mailed notice
