A. Plaintiff's amended motion for leave to file certain documents under seal 10 is granted in part and denied in part. However, the Court denies Plaintiff's request to seal the motion for entry of a TRO and memorandum in support 11 12. Plaintiff may seal portions of the memorandum 13 including screenshot printouts showing the e-commerce stores operating under the Seller Aliases, but not the entire Motion 12 and memorandum 13. By 12/27/2023, the Court directs Plaintiff to file a public version of those filings, with redactions, and a sealed version without redactions, consistent with this minute entry. The Court also orders Plaintiff to file a public version of the Complaint, as Plaintiff is no longer seeking to seal the Complaint.
