ORDER: The Court granted Plaintiff's Motion for Entry of Default Judgment and De-fault Against Defendants Identified in the List of Defaulting Defendants 71 and di-rected Plaintiff's to file a new motion for entry of default and default judgment when no Defendants remained. Id. Upon receipt of the motion for entry of default and de-fault judgment as to all remaining Defendants, the Court would enter a final judg-ment order disposing of the case. Plaintiff indicated via status report 75 that the in-itial motion for entry of default judgment and default judgment 68 did indeed dis-pose of all remaining Defendants. Therefore, the Default Judgment Order 72 is con-verted into a Final Judgment Order. The Court grants Plaintiff's Motion for Return of Bond 73.
