The Court finds Plaintiff has now shown good cause to extend the deadline and grants the motion for the reasons stated therein. The parties' motions for summary judgment are now due 7/15/24. The parties shall submit a proposed agreed briefing schedule on any motion for summary judgment to the Courtroom Deputy upon the filing of any motion.
